League City EMS is committed to providing quality education and outreach programs to the community we also call home.  Please take the time to participate in out CPR training sessions.  Who knows you may one day save a life. 

Our newest outreach program is for our littlest residents.  Noting several unsecured children on our roads, League City EMS and the League City Police Department paired up with Greater Houston Safe Kids Collation and the Texas Children's Centers for Childhood Injury Prevention Department to provide child safety seat inspections.

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, your donations to League City EMS may be tax deductible.  You may also participate in many community fundraising events to help purchase equipment and training materials.
